The TOSC Toolkit organizes and makes available the publications of the five Hazardous Substance Research   Centers' TOSC and TAB programs. LIFE AFTER THE GRANT -Sustaining a Brownfields Community Initiative
A report on LIFE AFTER THE GRANT -SUSTAINING A BROWNFIELDS COMMUNITY INITIATIVE has been completed. This reports on a study conducted by the NHSRC, funded by EPA Region II, which intensively studied successful Region II Brownfields pilots. The study report identifies and discusses critical components of a Brownfields Pilot program, which can lead to a long-term, sustainable redevelopment effort within the community.
